Stretch Coach Heidi: As a lifelong fitness enthusiast, I have built my career around helping others achieve healthier, stronger, and more confident lives through performance improvement,  movement and wellness. In 2009, I earned my Group X certification and began teaching a variety of formats including Barre, Zumba, Zumba Toning, and Boot

Stretch Coach Heidi: As a lifelong fitness enthusiast, I have built my career around helping others achieve healthier, stronger, and more confident lives through performance improvement,  movement and wellness. In 2009, I earned my Group X certification and began teaching a variety of formats including Barre, Zumba, Zumba Toning, and Boot Camp classes, creating positive and motivating environments for people of all fitness levels. In 2017, I obtained my Personal Training certification, allowing me to work more closely with clients through one on one stretching sessions to help them set, achieve, and maintain their fitness goals. I further expanded my knowledge by earning my Nutritional Health Specialist certification in 2019, strengthening my ability to support overall wellness through both fitness and nutrition. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I transitioned into management and truly enjoyed leading and supporting teams. However, that experience reaffirmed that my true passion lies in directly helping others on their wellness journeys. I am especially excited to incorporate assisted stretch & Stretching techniques, mobility, and recovery exercises as essential parts of fitness and overall well-being, helping clients feel stronger, move better, and live healthier lives while focusing on performance improvement.
